My core deal is having 4 months of liquid cash savings, and I understand that’s hard. But having that constant mindset of saving and staying stable is key. You have to be prepared as an agency, and financial stability is crucial. 

3- Laziness

Most entrepreneurs have a 4-hour week mindset. This is not productive. Something that stunts growth is imperfect action. You need to be hustling every single day.

The entrepreneurs who focus on their business 24/7 are the ones who see results the quickest. It’s not about working hard; it’s about working smart. But you can’t be lazy if you want to be successful.

4- Fear 

As an entrepreneur, you have to get over the fear of failure. It’s okay to be afraid, but you can’t let that stop you from taking risks. As a digital marketing specialist, you need to take risks to see growth. If you don’t take risks, you’ll never know what you’re capable of. Fear is something that will always hold you back.

The best way to get over your fears is to take action. Jump in head first and figure it out as you go. The more you do, the more experience you’ll have and the less fearful you’ll become.
